Buyers are looking for quality things in quality areas and we are essentially designing for an owner occupier which is the most exciting thing here. It is designed for a small, boutique market, and what an opportunity for a designer...There are so few luxury buildings in one of the wealthiest areas per capita in the country. In terms of rarity and scarcity it has to be an investment.” says Silke.
Crescent Road will tower 7 stories into the Claremont skyline with two incredible duplex penthouses labelled; “mansions in the sky.” These two sizeable homes will boast magnificent 180 degree views and will be fitted with the finest of fixtures, from genuine, engineered solid herringbone floors to sleek, super matte black and black marble tops.
